• How do I restore my purchase? Go to Ajustes (Settings) in the app and tap "Restaurar compras".
• The app is crashing. Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If it persists, contact us with your device model + OS version.
• Does Premium carry over between devices? Yes, within the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android). Premium does not carry across platforms — an iOS purchase does not unlock the Android app and vice-versa.
• Are the payroll numbers official? This app is an annual estimate based on the parameters you enter. It does not replace an official payroll issued by your employer or a certified gestor. For your legal payslip, rely on your employer or consult a labour lawyer / asesor fiscal.
• How do I request a feature? Send us an email with your suggestion. We read every message.
