Canada Payroll Snapshot is designed as a local-only utility. User-entered snapshots, optional notes, and checklist status are stored on the device using Apple UserDefaults.
The app does not collect data from your device for the developer or any third party. It has no account system, backend, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, cloud sync, or crash-reporting SDK in v1.
The app is alias-first. You should use generic labels such as "Sample employee." The app's local guard rejects SIN-shaped and bank-account-shaped digit runs, but you should still avoid entering confidential payroll records or identity numbers.
The app does not request Camera, Photo Library, Location, Contacts, Microphone, Calendar, Reminders, Notifications, Health, Motion, Bluetooth, or Tracking permissions.
