Introduction

Color Screen is developed by Cosmic Production d.o.o., based in Split, Croatia. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

Data Collection

Color Screen does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All of your settings, favorites, and custom color sequences are stored locally on your device and are never sent to us or any third party.

The app works entirely offline and does not require an internet connection for its core features.

Third-Party Services

Color Screen uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — for app distribution and in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies.
• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements in the free version of the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers (including the IDFA, if you permit tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt) to serve personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy. If you decline tracking, non-personalized ads are served instead.

Premium users do not see ads and no advertising identifiers are collected.

App Tracking Transparency

When you first launch Color Screen, iOS will ask whether you allow the app to track you across other apps and websites for advertising purposes. Your choice only affects personalization of the ads shown in the free version — it does not affect app functionality in any way. You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Analytics

We do not use any custom analytics or tracking services. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or device information beyond what Apple provides through App Store Connect analytics (which is anonymized and aggregated).

Children's Privacy

Color Screen does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages, but parents should supervise use of the color sequence features (see Photosensitivity Notice below).

Photosensitivity Notice

Color Screen can display rapidly changing colors and flashing sequences. Users with epilepsy, seizure disorders, or photosensitivity should avoid using sequence features. Take breaks and stop use immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, or visual disturbances. This notice is shown to all users during onboarding.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data. Since Color Screen does not collect personal data, there is nothing to request. If you have concerns, contact us.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
