By downloading or using Color Screen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cosmic Production d.o.o. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Color Screen on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Color Screen Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks color sequences, gradient mode, unlimited favorites, and removes advertisements. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. Premium does not auto-renew — there are no subscriptions.
Important: Color Screen can display rapidly changing colors and flashing sequences. If you or anyone viewing the screen has epilepsy, seizure disorders, or photosensitivity, please avoid using sequence and strobe features. Take breaks and stop use immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, or visual disturbances. By using sequence features, you acknowledge this warning and use them at your own risk.
You may use Color Screen for personal, non-commercial purposes such as photography, stage lighting, LED testing, mood lighting, and similar uses. You may not:
Color Screen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the colors rendered will match any specific color standard (sRGB, Display P3, etc.) perfectly — color reproduction varies by device. The app is not a professional calibration tool.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Production d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damage from photosensitive reactions, battery consumption from forced maximum brightness, or screen wear from prolonged static or flashing color display.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
