2. Short version

Color Screen stores favorites, custom sequences, brightness preference, onboarding state, and Premium state locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your color choices, favorites, or custom sequences.

The free version is ad-supported through Google AdMob. In regions where consent is required, the app asks through Google's UMP consent form before ads are loaded. A one-time Premium purchase removes ads and unlocks Premium color features.

3. Local data on your device

Favorites and custom sequences: saved locally with Android DataStore so you can reuse colors and sequence presets.
Display preferences: last color, brightness setting, gradient setting, and onboarding acknowledgement.
Premium-state cache: a local flag used to decide whether Premium features and ads should be enabled.
Consent state: Google UMP stores your ad/privacy choices locally and can be reopened from app settings where available.

None of this data is transmitted to Cosmic Production d.o.o. servers. The app ships no analytics, account, cloud sync, A/B testing, or crash-reporting SDK.

4. Google Play Billing

If you buy Premium, Google Play handles the transaction, payment method, tax, refunds, and receipt. The app receives an opaque purchase token from Google Play so it can verify the Premium entitlement on device. We do not see your payment details or Google account email.

5. Google AdMob in the free version

The free version displays ads using Google AdMob. The AdMob SDK may process the Android Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device information, ad interaction data, and diagnostics. The app declares INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID for this purpose.

Premium removes ads from the app experience. Details about Google's advertising data practices are available in the Google advertising policy and the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.

Photosensitivity note. Color Screen can show bright or flashing colors. Avoid sequence features if you are photosensitive or have a history of seizures, and stop using the app if you feel discomfort.

6. Your choices

You can delete favorites and custom sequences in the app or by uninstalling it.
You can change ad consent choices from app settings where Google makes the consent form available.
You can reset or delete the Android Advertising ID in Android system settings.
Refund requests for Premium are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policies.
