Deleting your account

You can delete your Cosmic Production account at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, and what happens to your data afterward.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the Cosmic Production app and make sure you're signed in.
Go to the Account tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping DELETE.

Your login is removed immediately, and your profile is queued for deletion. If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing info@cosmicproduction.hr from the address on your account.

What is deleted

Your sign-in credentials (your authentication record).
Your profile: name, email, and any phone number or company name you provided.

Personal profile data is permanently removed within 90 days of your request.

What we are required to keep

Some records cannot be deleted on request because Croatian law requires us to keep them. Booking history, signed rental agreements, and quotes are retained for 11 years under the Croatian Accounting Act (Zakon o računovodstvu, Art. 8). In those records, personal identifiers are reduced to the minimum the law requires. This is the same retention described in our Privacy Policy (Section 4).
