Why is the date different from my family's calendar? Diwali is a 5-day lunisolar festival. Regional, community, and family practice can shift naming and timing. Choose the closest region in the app, review the Sources tab, and follow your family or community calendar.
Which region should I pick? The 8 region variants are best-effort defaults. Pick the closest one and adjust the preparation checklist if needed.
Why are all dates marked "Review needed"? v1 ships date claims as drafts pending a native Hindu / Sikh / Jain / Tamil-Hindu reviewer pass. We will remove the chip once the reviewer pass is recorded.
How do I clear my data? Settings > Local data > Clear all local data.
