What EmploymentExitOS is not for

• It is not legal, tax, payroll, immigration, union, or employment advice.
• It does not calculate statutory redundancy pay, Abfindung, finiquito, severance, or any other payout.
• It does not submit claims, file tribunal documents, message employers, or automate employer communications.
• It does not replace official sources, your contract, a union or works council, payroll, HR, or a qualified professional.
