HistorySnap is provided as a private, offline history reader. You agree to use it for your own personal reading and general-interest learning.
Your use of HistorySnap is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
HistorySnap presents short summarized historical and cultural framings written for the general reader. It is NOT academic research material, NOT a classroom curriculum, NOT a museum guide, and NOT a qualified-historian deliverable. There is no real-time fact-checking. For citation-grade research, please consult primary sources, peer-reviewed scholarship, or a qualified institution.
Dates, attributions, and locations are sometimes approximate. When a snap is approximate, it is marked with an uncertainty indicator (for example "c.", "around", "according to", "attributed to"). The app does not present every detail as exact certified fact.
Each snap cites a source. Sources are summarized framings, not verbatim copies. We do not reproduce the proprietary text of any encyclopedia, textbook, or commercial reference platform.
HistorySnap Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold through Apple. Once purchased, Premium unlocks unlimited saved snaps; the unlock applies on every device signed into the same Apple ID.
If you have already purchased Premium, tap Settings > Restore Purchases to re-verify your purchase on this device. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's standard policies in the App Store.
HistorySnap references historical figures, place names, institutions, and cultural movements for general-reader educational purposes only. All third-party trademarks and institution names are the property of their respective owners. HistorySnap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
HistorySnap does not provide any feature for posting, sharing, broadcasting, or transmitting content to other users or to the Internet. All snap content is pre-authored and source-noted.
Streak counts and snap-pack progress are based on what you tap in this app. The app does not guarantee any learning, exam, classroom, certification, or research outcome.
HistorySnap is provided "as is" with no warranty. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchase in the previous 12 months.
