HolidayCal 2026 is a local holiday calendar, countdown, and long-weekend planning app with bundled, source-tracked event packs.

Data

The current app stores selected packs, favorites, reminder offsets, private notes, and display preferences on the device using UserDefaults. This data is not sent to SoftSplit or a third-party server.

The current app has no account system, no cloud holiday-data backend, no in-app purchases, and no purchase entitlement checks.

Permissions

Notification permission is requested only after you choose to set a reminder. The app does not request tracking permission, location, contacts, calendar, camera, or microphone permission.

Third parties

The current app build does not include third-party monetization SDKs, mediation SDKs, tracking SDKs, consent SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs.

Privacy choices

Because the current app does not include tracking, third-party monetization, accounts, or server sync, there is no in-app consent or tracking-choice screen. You can delete favorites, notes, reminders, and preferences from the device by deleting the app.

Holiday data is bundled and versioned. Source links are shown in the app so users can verify dates locally before relying on them.
