IntervalTimer is developed by Cosmic Production d.o.o., based in Split, Croatia. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
IntervalTimer stores workout timer settings, custom presets, workout history, sound and haptic preferences, and purchase status locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your workout presets, timer sessions, or workout history.

Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent. On iOS, the app may also request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before personalized ad tracking is used. You can manage ad privacy choices from the app's Settings screen where available, and you can change Apple's tracking permission in iOS Settings.
We do not use a separate analytics SDK. Apple may provide aggregated App Store analytics to developers. Google AdMob may provide ad performance and consent-related reporting for the free ad-supported version.
This app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us.
Under GDPR and other applicable laws, you have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data where applicable. Most app data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by deleting in-app data or removing the app. Advertising consent choices can be managed in the app where available, in iOS Settings, and through Google's consent interfaces.
