• How do I restore my purchase? Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases" / "Restaurar compras".
• The app is crashing. Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and OS version.
• Does Premium carry over between devices? Yes, within the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android). Premium does not carry across platforms — an iOS purchase does not unlock the Android app and vice-versa.
• Are the tax numbers official? The app is an annual estimate based on the parameters you enter. It does not replace the official tax return (Renta WEB). See the sources at the bottom of the app for the BOE references used.
• How do I request a feature? Send us an email with your suggestion. We read every message.
