MojaVoda is developed by Cosmic Production d.o.o., based in Split, Croatia. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
We do not operate our own server-side analytics or account system, and your water entries, goals, reminders, and settings stay on your device unless you choose to sync or back up your device through Apple services.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, MojaVoda asks for permission to read body mass (to suggest a daily hydration goal) and step count and active energy (to show activity context), and to write your logged water intake to Apple Health. This connection is optional and the app works fully without it.
Health data is processed only on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party, is never used for advertising or ad personalization, and is never shared with any advertising network. You can revoke Apple Health access at any time in the Health app under Sharing → Apps, and you can delete any samples the app wrote from the Health app.

We do not run any analytics stack, and the app contains no advertising SDK of any kind. No usage data, device identifier, or diagnostic data is collected by us or by any third party through this app.
This app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us.
Under GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data. We do not operate accounts or servers that store your personal data: your water entries and any connected Apple Health data stay on your device, where you can view, edit, or delete them directly.
