Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications published by Cosmic Production d.o.o. (Split, Croatia) — "we", "us", "our" — that link to this page from their App Store or Play Store listing.

2. Data stored on your device

Our apps are designed to work on-device. The information you enter (for example calculator inputs, settings, saved entries) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers operated by us. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other contact details through the apps.

3. Advertising

Some of our free apps display advertising served by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.). When ads are shown, Google may collect and process device information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and coarse usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.

On iOS, ads are personalized only if you give permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not based on cross-app tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the European Economic Area and the UK, ad personalization is additionally governed by the consent choices you make in the in-app consent dialog (Google UMP), which you can revisit from the app's settings where available.

4. Purchases

Where an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment details. Purchase entitlements are validated on-device through the store's framework.

5. Analytics

Our apps do not use third-party analytics SDKs beyond the advertising services described above. Apple and Google may provide us aggregated, anonymized statistics (downloads, crashes) through their developer consoles.

6. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies: showing non-personalized ads and operating the app rests on our legitimate interest in funding free software; personalized advertising rests on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); responding to your support requests rests on our legitimate interest in assisting users.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Because the data our apps create stays on your device, you can usually exercise these rights directly by editing the data in the app or deleting the app. For anything else, contact ivan@cosmicproduction.hr — we respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Croatian Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

8. Children

Our apps are general-audience utilities and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date above.
