Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the mobile applications published by Cosmic Production d.o.o. (Split, Croatia) — "we", "us", "our" — that link to this page from their store listing. By downloading or using one of our apps you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store or Play Store terms of service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except where the law expressly permits it.

2. Informational tools, not professional advice

Many of our apps are calculators, planners, or reference tools. Their results are estimates for general information only and do not constitute tax, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Figures such as tax rates and thresholds can change and may not reflect your individual situation — always verify important decisions with official sources or a qualified professional.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer one-time in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions, processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your store account settings.

4. Advertising

Free apps may display third-party advertising. Ad content is provided by the ad network and does not constitute an endorsement by us.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Production d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, an app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update an app or these terms at any time. Continued use of an app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
