Cosmic Production d.o.o. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tabletop Scorekeeper on your personal devices.
Tabletop Scorekeeper offers additional features through an in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by the platform (Apple's App Store or Google Play) under its terms, and refunds are handled by the platform, not by Cosmic Production d.o.o..
Tabletop Scorekeeper is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Tabletop Scorekeeper is a scorekeeping and timing aid for tabletop games; the scores, totals, timers and winner records it shows are whatever you enter and are not an authoritative result of any game. Settle disputes by the rules of the game you are playing, not by this app.
Cosmic Production d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of Tabletop Scorekeeper. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
The content, design and code of Tabletop Scorekeeper are the property of Cosmic Production d.o.o. and protected by copyright law.
We may terminate your access to Tabletop Scorekeeper if you breach these terms. On termination, your licence to use the app ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
