TaskTike Privacy Notice

TaskTike stores family chore, routine, point, reward, reminder, and parent PIN data locally on your device.

Data we do not collect

• We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.
• We do not send family data, member nicknames, chore history, rewards, or PIN data to a server.
• We do not collect real names, birthdays, photos, school names, location, contacts, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, medical information, biometric data, or social profiles.

Permissions

TaskTike may ask for notification permission after you create a reminder or enable reminders in Settings. It does not request camera, photo, location, contacts, microphone, calendar, health, motion, Bluetooth, or tracking permission.

Parent PIN

The optional Parent PIN is stored as a salted SHA-256 hash on the device. It is a supervision feature, not a substitute for device-level security.

Purchases

If you buy TaskTike Premium, the purchase is handled by Apple and tied to your Apple ID. TaskTike checks StoreKit entitlements to unlock premium features.

Delete your data

Settings > Delete all local data removes family members, chores, occurrence history, rewards, redemptions, template records, settings, and pending notifications.

Children

TaskTike is parent-facing and is not listed in the Kids category. Parents should choose what household tasks are suitable for their family.
