TL;DR: TradieAU does NOT collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server. All your data stays on your device and optionally syncs via Apple's iCloud under your own Apple ID.

Data Storage

On-device only: All business data (jobs, quotes, invoices, customers, expenses, calculator results) is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.

iCloud sync: If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

No backend servers: TradieAU has zero cloud infrastructure. We do not operate servers, databases, or APIs that process your data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect: personal information, business information, financial information, location data, usage analytics, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or photos.

Third-Party Services

Apple StoreKit: Handles subscription purchases under Apple's privacy policy.
Apple iCloud/CloudKit: Handles optional data sync under Apple's privacy policy.
No analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs are used.

Data Deletion

Delete the app to remove all local data. Disable iCloud sync in device Settings to stop cloud sync. Delete iCloud data via Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage.

Australian Privacy Act

As we do not collect personal information, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) are not triggered by normal use of the App.
