The entries you make in Transakčná daň SK are stored in the app's protected data area on your device. You decide what to enter, and you can remove it at any time by deleting the entry or the app.
The app has no server component: it contains no code that transmits your entries anywhere. The provider has no access to them at any time.
The app integrates no analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or tracking components and uses no third-party SDK. It builds no usage profile, reads no device or advertising identifier, and never shows an App Tracking Transparency request.
The app offers an in-app purchase. The purchase and the payment are handled entirely by the platform (Apple's App Store or Google Play). The provider receives no payment details, no card data and no account identifier — only whether a valid purchase exists for this device.
Because the provider neither collects nor processes personal data, no processing by the provider takes place within the meaning of the GDPR. The data you enter remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because the provider holds no data about you, there is nothing it can disclose or erase on request — control over your data rests directly with you, on your device.
This app is not directed at children under 16, and the provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If the app's functionality changes in a way that matters for data protection, this policy is updated before that version is released.
