Introduction

SoftSplit d.o.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Split, Croatia, operates the Kalkulator Plaće mobile application ("the App"). This policy explains what stays on your device, what Apple handles, and what may be processed by advertising partners in the free version after consent.

What We Do Not Collect Ourselves

We do not run our own analytics backend or user account system for Kalkulator Plaće. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect:

• Your name, address, or phone number.
• Your payroll records on our servers.
• Your payment card details.
• Your saved salary calculations outside your device.

In-App Purchases

The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework for the optional one-time "remove ads" purchase. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles payment data.

Advertising and Consent

The free version of the App may show ads. Before ads are enabled on a real device, the App requests privacy choices through Google's User Messaging Platform. If consent allows ads, the App may load Google Mobile Ads.

• If you purchase the ad-free upgrade, ads are not loaded.
• If consent does not allow ads, ads remain disabled.
• If tracking permission is requested, that request happens only after the privacy flow is ready.

Advertising partners may process device identifiers or similar data for ad delivery, consent management, fraud prevention, and measurement. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. Relevant services include Google Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

Your saved calculations, app preferences, and premium status cache are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that stores your calculation history. If you delete the App, locally stored data is removed from your device.

Third Parties

The App may rely on third-party services provided by Apple and Google:

• Apple StoreKit for purchases and purchase restoration.
• Google User Messaging Platform for ad privacy choices.
• Google Mobile Ads for banner or interstitial advertising in the free tier.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed specifically to children. Because the free version may use third-party advertising services after consent, parents and guardians should supervise use on child devices.

GDPR Compliance

As a company based in the European Union (Croatia), we aim to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where data is processed only locally on your device, we do not control that data centrally. Where third-party partners process ad-related data, your rights may also be exercised under their privacy processes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
