When you write in, please include the email address on your account and, if it's about a specific booking, the booking name or date — it helps us find you faster.
How do I book equipment?
Browse the catalogue, open an item for details, and submit a booking inquiry with
your dates and venue. Submitting an inquiry is free and never charges you — our
team reviews every request and replies with a quote.
How do quotes work?
After you send an inquiry, we prepare a quote and send you a secure link by email.
You can review the price and terms, and accept or decline. Nothing is finalized
until you accept.
I can't sign in.
Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. If you still can't get in,
email info@cosmicproduction.hr and we'll help you recover access.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the Account tab, and tap Delete account. Full details,
including what is removed and what we're required to keep, are on our
Account Deletion page.
