Common questions

I subscribed but the channel won’t play. Force-quit and reopen the app, or pull down to refresh on the channel grid. Subscriptions are verified via Google Play; if the entitlement is taking time to propagate, give it a minute and try again. Still stuck after a restart? Email us — include the channel name.

How do I cancel? Open the Google Play Store app on your device, tap your profile picture → Subscriptions → pick the channel → Cancel subscription. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refund? Google Play handles all refunds. The fastest route is play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions → pick the subscription → Report a problem. If Google declines and you believe the charge was an error, email us with the order number and we will help escalate.

The app drains my battery / makes my device hot. Background audio uses CPU and network steadily; that is expected for any streaming player. Newer Android versions show a persistent media notification — that is the system, not the app, keeping playback alive. To stop, just tap the pause button in the notification.

Can I use this in my hotel/cafe/spa/restaurant? Yes — that’s exactly what the app is for. The music is royalty-free for in-venue background playback. See the Terms of Service for the licensing details and PRO reporting note.

Why do I only get a 30-second preview? Each channel offers one free 30-second preview every 24 hours so you can hear the vibe before subscribing. If you want continuous playback, subscribe to that channel monthly or yearly.
