The app streams royalty-free instrumental music designed for hospitality venues (lobbies, restaurants, spas, cafés, etc.). Each channel offers a 30-second free preview. To listen continuously you subscribe to that channel monthly or yearly via Google Play.
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown in the Play Store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions any time in Google Play → Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are issued at Google's discretion under the Google Play refund policy — we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
The streams are licensed for use as background music in indoor commercial venues, as long as the device playing them is owned or operated by your business (or by you personally) and the audience is not paying specifically to listen. You may not rebroadcast the streams (radio, TV, internet radio), redistribute or repackage the audio, or use it as the music bed in produced content (videos, podcasts, advertising) without a separate licence from us.
The music in this app is 100% royalty-free and licensed through Meridian Chapters. Some tracks are composed with the assistance of AI tools. Where local law requires public performance reporting (some EU collecting societies treat any public playback as a reportable event), it is your responsibility to comply with your local PRO (e.g., HDS-ZAMP, GEMA, SACEM, PRS). We will, on request, provide a written confirmation that the music in the app is royalty-free for use in your venue.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Streams may occasionally be unavailable due to network conditions or maintenance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Production d.o.o.'s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us through Google Play in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law (including Croatian law and the EU Digital Services Act).
You can stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms (e.g., attempting to redistribute streams).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The competent court is the Commercial Court in Split, Croatia. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the app's release notes and on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
