SoftSplit d.o.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Split, Croatia, operates the WiFi QR mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.
WiFi QR is designed to minimize data collection. We do not collect, store, or transmit your WiFi credentials to our own servers. Specifically:
WiFi names and passwords that you enter into the App are stored exclusively on your device. They are never sent to our servers or any third party. We have no access to your WiFi credentials.
All QR codes are generated entirely on your device. No network requests are made during QR code creation. The content of your QR codes remains private and under your control.
The free version of WiFi QR may display Google AdMob ads, including banner ads on selected screens and rewarded ads for selected optional actions inside the App. Premium removes these ads.
When ads are available, Google may receive limited device and app information needed to request, deliver, measure, and protect ads in accordance with Google's own policies and disclosures. If required in your region, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to present consent choices and a privacy options entry point inside the App settings.

The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework for optional in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles payment data.
All app data, including saved WiFi networks and preferences, is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store user data. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.
Our App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is safe for use by all age groups.
As a company based in the European Union (Croatia), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, rectify, or delete. If you have any questions regarding your data rights, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
