By downloading, installing, or using the WiFi QR application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
WiFi QR is a utility application that allows you to generate QR codes for WiFi network credentials. The App is provided by SoftSplit d.o.o., a company registered in Split, Croatia. The App is available as a free download with optional premium features available through a one-time in-app purchase. The free version may also display limited ads for certain optional unlock flows.
You may use the App for personal and lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for the WiFi network credentials you enter into the App and any QR codes you generate and share. By sharing a WiFi QR code with others, you grant them access to the WiFi network encoded in that QR code. Please ensure you have the authorization to share any network credentials before doing so.
The App offers optional premium features through a one-time in-app purchase, including unlimited saved networks, full-screen Guest Mode, premium QR color themes, and an ad-free experience. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
Premium purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of SoftSplit d.o.o. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the App's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoftSplit d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to WiFi networks shared through QR codes generated by the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Split, Croatia.
